On March 30th, HCI was proud to host Rep. Kyrsten Sinema (D-Ariz), who serves on the House Financial Services Committee and Subcommittee on Financial Institutions and Consumer Credit. Sinema met with HCI employees and discussed the challenges the collection industry meets on a daily basis.
Vice President and COO Christian Lehr lead the meeting with Sinema, who then spoke extensively with HCI employees about debt collection regulation, veterans' affairs, and how her office is addressing healthcare issues and concerns.
"HCI was honored to have Congresswoman Kyrsten Sinema tour our office and speak with our employees. The congresswoman expressed a real and thorough understanding of the challenges our industry faces and discussed changes she is working towards regarding the TCPA and the CFPB," said Lehr. "As a business in Ms. Sinema’s district, we are fortunate to be represented by someone who not only appreciates the work our industry does but also understands the importance of clearly defined, fair regulations."

This strict accreditation insures that you as HCI clients, receive the very best service.
"Clients come to us when good isn't good enough. They demand the best. We love it and wouldn't have it any other way."
